Before you submit a new feedback call

The more clearly your call is formulated, the more valuable the feedback from the crowd will be.

So take a moment to prepare your research findings, your question and your objective properly.

Make sure you’re well prepared!

  • Make your research easy to understand.
  • Briefly describe what it’s about – without using technical jargon that only experts can understand.
  • Ask a genuine question.
  • The crowd can be particularly helpful if you want to know who your solution might be relevant to, what problem it solves, or where it delivers a specific benefit.
  • Focus on the next step.
  • Don’t try to sort everything out at once. A strong call has a clear objective.
  • Help the crowd make sense of your idea.
  • Provide enough context so that people from different backgrounds can give meaningful answers.
  • Stay open to unexpected perspectives.
  • Unfamiliar feedback in particular can help you identify new areas of application, target groups or business models.
  • Ensure confidentiality.
  • Only share content that you’re allowed to discuss publicly or with the community.
  • Make active use of the results.
  • A call is particularly valuable if you subsequently incorporate the feedback into the development of your business case.

All set? Then let's get started!

We’ve provided a form to help you plan and draft your call. You can save your progress at any stage and continue working on it later in the ‘My Dashboard’ section. Once you’re finished, we’ll review the call and, if necessary, give you a few tips on how you could improve it. The call will then go live, and you’ll need to activate your crowd to get feedback!
